The camp grounds cover a sprawling area which includes berg streams, a dam, along with large areas of indigenous forest. What makes this farm so unique is that it has a “bushveld” feel to it while being in the berg! The farm comprises mostly of open, rolling plains area/savannah with meandering rivers and deep ravines and gorges. The western part of the property comprises of plateau and steep sided cliffs. Throughout the farm there are various species of wild game and bird life is spectacular. More than 300 species have been recorded, like Fish Eagle, Yellow billed Kite, Secretary Bird and even Red Data species. Species of game include: Zebra, Impala, Blesbok, Bushbuck, Duiker, Caracal, Serval, Jackal, Baboon, Porcupine, Mountain Reedbuck, Rhebuck.

We are a 15 minute drive away from Royal Natal National Park (World Heritage Site where you will find the Tugela Falls & Amphitheatre - truly a hiker's paradise!).
